Captain Antonio Morales, born and raised in Fajardo, and his wife Millie, originally from Brooklyn, New York, started in the business in 1988.  Although they were both in banking at the time, the call of the sea and the desire to develop a snorkeling tour business were too strong and they took the plunge (in a manner of speaking).  In 1995, Fajardo Tours was born and the Traveler catamaran became the flagship.

In the ensuing years, attention to detail and an uncompromising demand for excellence in customer relations have made this trip the highlight for vacationers from around the globe, as evidenced by a huge amount of repeat business.

Throughout the years, Fajardo Tours has maintained a strong family tradition. Oldest son, Antonio Jr., is also a Captain, having received a BA in Business Administration and tourism.  Not to be left behind, Erick is another Captain with a strong background in Merchant Marine studies.  Last, but certainly not least, daughter Cristina, who has a degree in Art, specializes in the all-important company administration, advertising and marketing.
